Force Protector Gear Warranty and Return Policy

 

Warranty

 

  • Forceprotector Gear ® uses the highest quality mil-spec materials; we manufacture our products in the USA with state of the art industrial machines. Attention to detail is our standard and every product is inspected multiple times to insure quality and durability for years of dependable use.

  • Forceprotector Gear ® extends a lifetime warranty on our products against manufacturing workmanship, and materials defect for the service lifetime of the product.  This warranty does not extend to 3rd Party possession (ie: Gov't auctions, surplus stores, Gov't/Fed issue) or Items purchased from sources other than Forceprotector Gear authorized Distributors.  This warranty is applicable for normal use as the product is intended to be used.

  • This warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, modifications, or improper use or care of the product from Forceprotector Gear.

  • The determination of whether a product will be repaired or replaced under this warranty will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and at the sole discretion of Forceprotector Gear.

  • Should one of our products need warranty repair, and you are going to ship the product back to Forceprotector Gear Headquarters, please call us for an RMA number before returning any merchandise at (818) 365-1300. Please email your request for a return RMA to frank@forceprotector.com

  • Once we receive your product or item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item. This process can take 3 normal business days and does not include holidays or weekends.

  • The shipping costs of any returns remain the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise or product being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the product or merchandise is defective.

  • When calling, please be prepared to discuss the nature of the problem with the product. The representative from Forceprotector Gear will assist you with further direction and process.

  • If mailing in the product, please include a letter with your name, address, and phone number as well as the problem you are having and/or what happened to your product. Send the defective product to:

Returns

 

  • Items cannot be returned more than 30 calendar days after the date of delivery / purchase.

  • All requests for returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • Forceprotector Gear cannot accept returns on custom or special manufactured items due to problematic or inability to resell these items in a timely manner.

  • The customer is responsible for accuracy and verification upon receipt of the product order to include Color, Quantity, Pattern or Design, and also damages that may have occurred in shipment or by delivery method.

  • Please call us for an RMA number before returning any merchandise at (818) 365-1300. Also, please email your request for a return RMA to frank@forceprotector.com

  • The shipping cost of any return products are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise or product being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the product or merchandise is defective.

  • In most cases a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to restock / inventory items.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to custom orders if approved.

  • When returning product from Forceprotector Gear and to be eligible for full consideration:

  • You must have the RMA Number provided from FPG HQTRS

  • When possible, your item should be in the original packaging.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your will need to provide the receipt / Invoice,  proof of purchase or shipping label

Refunds

 

  • For all returns for credit or refund, ForceProtector Gear. LLC must provide an RMA#.

  • Each RMA request will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • Please email your request for a return RMA  to frank@forceprotector.com.

  • Once we receive your product or item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This process can take 3 normal business days and do not include holidays or weekends.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a reasonable amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping if provided from Forceprotector Gear will be deducted from your refund.

  • If mailing in the product, Please refer to the RMA Number on the Packing slip, include a letter with your name, address, and phone number as well as the problem you are having and/or what happened to your product. Send the defective product to: (See Below)
